Alan made buying a car stress free and kept me up to date with everything that he was doing. He even suggested a higher car to make it easier to get in and out. Delivered the car, talked me through everything in the car. No pressure, no stress, and a great price. Alan was very patient with someone who knows nothing about cars
We were initially wary about buying from a one-man business but Alan was friendly and helpful throughout, with no pressure to buy. We are very happy with the Fiat Panda we bought from him. He even delivered it to us free of charge. Probably the least stressful car buying experience ever!
I really hate changing my car, always leave it late, Allan was great, checked what i was needing, sourced a great Renault that more than met my requirements, clean car with low milage, also cheaper to run than my old one, good communications throughout, quick and easy process.
Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Alan and buying a bmw 1series off him, the car itself was immaculate for its age, the drive for us, was a long one, nearly 4 hours, but this was only possible because of how Alan dealt with us , prior to travelling, personal phone call followed by a video call, we were encouraged to do our own hip checks for peace of mind by Alan, zero pressure and very professional and accommodating, I can’t recommend him enough, we are over the moon with the car, and the hospitality and honesty shown to us, I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car, deals with Alan a lot of charlatans out there not selling the truth, Alan is most definitely not one of these, it’s been a pleasure from start to finish
